Cluster and team-pod layouts group workstations into small islands rather than long rows. This office cubicle floor plan shows pods sized for a team to sit together while keeping circulation open between groups.

Nothing here is fixed. Workstation dimensions, panel heights, glazing, fabric and laminate finishes are chosen per project — 5×5 and 6×6 cubicles are the most common starting points, adjusted to suit the floor plate.

Storage is planned in from the start: mobile pedestals under the surface, overhead bins or shared filing at the end of each run, depending on the team.
