A U-shape workstation wraps three surfaces around the user. This cubicle layout shows how U-shape stations can be set out where people juggle paperwork, multiple monitors and reference material at once.

Nothing here is fixed. Workstation dimensions, panel heights, glazing, fabric and laminate finishes are chosen per project — 5×5 and 6×6 cubicles are the most common starting points, adjusted to suit the floor plate.

Worksurface orientation is set so screens avoid direct glare from windows and overhead lighting, a detail that is easy to lose when a plan is drawn to seat count alone.
