The reception area sets the tone before a visitor reaches a desk. This floor plan shows a reception counter positioned against the surrounding cubicle layout, so greeting space and working space do not fight each other.

Sizes shown are a starting point, not a constraint. We regularly adapt layouts to 5×5, 6×6, 4×2 and custom workstation footprints, with panel heights set to match the privacy level each team needs.

Panel glazing is used selectively in this plan — clear or frosted tops where light needs to travel, solid fabric where acoustic separation matters more.

Best suited to corporate lobbies, clinics, agencies and any office where visitors arrive at a staffed front desk.
